ourselves mentally and physically. Eating healthy, exercising regularly and sleeping enough are three vital keys to self-care.
If you're not doing so already, take care of your mind and body. After all, if you don't, who will? If you feel you don't have the stamina or can't do this on your own, you can always reach out to a dietician, life coach or trainer. This is the body we were born with and it's in our best interest to do what is necessary to maintain an optimal physical and mental state. We do this for ourselves as well as for our loved ones.
