When I was working in NYC, I remember a corner diner called "Eat Here Now." I thought it funny and impressive that in three words the establishment was telling a prospective customer a) What to do; b) Where to do it; and c) When to do it.
Eckhart Tolle reminds us that “When you make the present moment, instead of past and future, the focal point of your life, your ability to enjoy what you do and with it the quality of your life increases dramatically.”
What if we could live here now? I don't mean without making necessary plans, or budgeting or editing that Amazon Subscribe and Save. Imagine if we could let the moments of this day pass thru--almost one by one--being aware of them and not judging them and thinking the next one might be better.
