Daily Dose

Delightful events throughout a day have a way of altering our brain for the better:

  • a good cup of tea

  • feeling the warmth of the sun

  • a pleasant thought about a loved one

  • a walk

  • the sounds of birds chirping

  • a delicious piece of chocolate

  • smiling at a stranger

  • smelling a flower
