Written by Ernest Holmes many decades ago, this quote embodies well what we believe about inaugurating these daily doses. If attitude is everything, then what we have discovered for ourselves is that mindfulness of gratitude and blessing, awareness of the peace of this moment have profoundly changed our lives. This vantage alters the lens of living and learning and loving. Perhaps like Scrooge who wakes up after an eventful night of gazing into his past and future, we too begin to realize that we can change our present with a new truth that cracks open--ever so slowly--a window toward a freer life.
