Ah.... you can feel the peace.  You are able to taste the calm.  The stillness of the present moment is the gift of mindfulness.

Mindfulness is a practice, a process and eventually a way of life.  You will learn how to create necessary space(s) between events and your response to them.  

In a real sense, you'll come home to your true self which is in balance, at peace and non-reactive.
