It doesn't have to be this way.  Food and our attitudes around food can be one of life's many gifts, not something to be afraid of or have a love/hate relationship with.

In this Healthy Eating coaching program, we're going to learn that a fulfilling life does not have to be about strict diets, fasting or calorie counting.  

Good, healthy food can be like medicine for the body.  It's not unrealistic to see that the proper attitude surrounding food can keep you healthy for a long time.
