If your treadmill has become a "dreadmill" or your Peloton looks like a skeleton with clothes hangers, this coaching track is for you.

Don't be ashamed if you have joined a gym but only made it there a few times.  Now is YOUR TIME!  We will be tailoring a plan that works for you:  a stretching, training and exercise regimen that both matches your speed and sets realistic goals.

Our weekly sessions will be filled with accountability, but I will also be assisting you with motivational emails and texts to "check in" and help you attain a healthy body along with a strong mind.
